You mustn't wander around the place. You starter Land looks like this. Create you Resident in "Residents"

Once created you can upgrade your Land in "Upgrade Land" from "Marketplace."

All "Skilled Masters", Main Characters such as Roy, Wolfwood, Hiro, Zarroc, Dr.Lee, Poiuy Trewqlo, Sasuke, Jin, Jedah, Shadamatsu SHADE will be the only people to create this place-
